WHAT ABOUT ROOM SHARE?

- When you book, you can fill in the name of the person you want to share a room with. They will also need to book as well and indicate your name, and you will be matched up

- If you are booking alone, you have the option to indicate your preferences to be paired up with another person

Dietary Requirements

- When you book you can indicate any dietary requirements which we can notify the hotel in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Following your purchase, you will have up to 15 days if you wish to cancel your booking. In this instance you will be issued a refund, minus the booking fee. After 15 days your pass will not be refundable and will only be transferrable to another name.

If you have purchased your pass within 15 days of the event start date 31 October 2024, you will not be able to cancel, your pass will not be refundable and you will only be able to transfer your pass to another name.
