WHAT ABOUT ROOM SHARE?
- When you book, you can fill in the name of the person you want to share a room with. They will also need to book as well and indicate your name, and you will be matched up
- If you are booking alone, you have the option to indicate your preferences to be paired up with another person

Dietary Requirements
- When you book you can indicate any dietary requirements which we can notify the hotel in advance.

~Cancellation Policy

Following your purchase, you will have up to 15 days if you wish to cancel your booking. In this instance you will be issued a refund, minus the booking fee. After 15 days your pass will not be refundable and will only be transferrable to another name.

If you have purchased your pass within 15 days of the event start date 30 October 2025, you will not be able to cancel, your pass will not be refundable and you will only be able to transfer your pass to another name.

~Ticket Adjustments/ Changes Policy
If you have already been issued a ticket, changing your ticket TYPE, for example from a Friday to Monday ticket to a Thursday to Monday ticket.
Will incure a £50 admin charge on top regardless if you are topping up, or reducing your booking. This will need to be sorted directly with us or through your promotor who will contact us.
Room share details which may need to be adjusted or updated, if in an acceptable time period can be made/ requested in advance directly with us or your promotor and will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Last minute changes within 2 weeks of the holiday will incure a £50 admin charge.
